How to Order
All orders can be placed using our Secure Online Shopping Cart. To order an item, select your choice of color and preferred method of shipment then click the "add" button located on the shopping bag. At this point, you can review the contents of your shopping cart and check out or continue shopping. When you checkout, you will be prompted to fill in your billing/shipping information; please do so carefully to avoid delays in your order. Also, orders can be placed via e-mail customercare@brooksbabygifts.com or by calling us at 718-842-BABY.
Order Processing
All orders are processed immediately after confirmation of payment. If the product is out-of-stock, you will be notified of a tentative ship date.
Brooks Baby Gifts reserves the right to substitute items for equal or higher value which will be just as adorable to avoid delays in your order.
Sales Tax
Brooks Baby Gifts are required to add sales tax to any order SHIPPED to a New York address and will be automatically added to your orders total.
Forms of Payment
We cheerfully accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover as payment. We process all orders through our Authorize.net secure online shopping cart. All orders are processed and shipped in 1-2 days.
Shipping and Handling
Our baby gifts are shipped via Fed Ex ground mail or USPS overnight mail. The shipping and handling cost is NOT included in the price. Shipping and handling cost are determined according to size and weight and ranges from $7.95 -- $11.95 for FedEx ground mail and $25.95 -- $29.95 for USPS overnight mail. You will be able to view the shipping & handling costs before checkout for each baby gift.
Shipping Times
All orders will be shipped based on the time frame associated with the method of shipment selected at the time of checkout. Shipments can only be made on business days (non-holidays, Monday – Friday).

Brooks Baby Gifts are not responsible for incorrect shipping information. Please double-check all addresses when placing your order to avoid delays and unexpected delivery charges.
International Orders
Unfortunately, we do not accept international orders at this time.
Incorrect Orders
If we have shipped you incorrect merchandise, we will gladly reimburse you for the returned merchandise. There will be no charge for the cost of shipping the returned item.
Gift-Wrapping
Brooks Baby Gifts provides FREE gift-wrapping and a complimentary gift card with each baby gift.

As a valued customer, Brooks Baby Gifts respects your personal and credit card information. We do not share your information with any third parties. We want you to feel completely secure in your online purchasing experience. We have taken great measures to ensure the safety of your credit card use. Brooks Baby Gifts uses Authorize.net - a secure online banking site to process all credit card orders.
Return Policy
All returns are at the expense of the sender. Before returning an item, kindly send us an e-mail at customercare@brooksbabygifts.com within 15 days of receipt of your order. Please note that returned items must be unopened and in brand new condition. Kindly send your package via a prepaid, traceable method along with a copy of your sales invoice to:
